Looking for a sharer in an apartment.

 

It takes 10 minutes to get to the city, and there's a bus stop right in front of the apartment, making it easy to get there.

 

If you come in as a 3B2B unit, you can share the bathroom with a male share born in 2003, and the house will house three people in total.

 

There is a gym, swimming pool, heated pool, sauna, and barbecue area inside the apartment, so you can use them.

 

Basic furniture is provided, and if you need anything during your stay, feel free to let me know.

 

The room costs $320 per week, with 2 weeks of pay, 2 weeks of deposit, and 2 weeks of notice. As long as you keep the notice, there's no minimum.

 

Rice, dish soap, and kitchen towels are provided!
