(Takeover) Move-in November 23 ~ February 20 near Sudden Cross Station Coles

Transfer of apartment lease contract – move-in available from November 23

We are looking for someone to take over the lease contract for our apartment starting November 23.

• Monthly rent: $2,346
• Contract end date: February 20, 2027
• Remaining contract period: approximately 3 months

This apartment was originally rented unfurnished, but we personally purchased a refrigerator, washing machine, queen-size bed, sofa, and table.

If you wish, you can leave all the furniture and appliances as is for an additional $200 for a total of $200.

Notes

These furniture and appliances are not included as standard items in the apartment but are items personally owned by us.

Therefore, if you do not renew your lease after the contract ends on February 20, 2027, you must return the apartment in its original condition with no furniture at all.

In other words, before moving out, you must move or dispose of all furniture and appliances yourself
