We are looking for someone to stay in a private spacious room for 4 weeks, 9/22~10/21. (At least 2 weeks) The location is very close to the city, South Bank, 22 Kavanagh St.
A very spacious house, 3 beds, 2 baths, private room, and the bathroom will be shared with someone else. (A house for only 3 people in total) Weekly $350 (including bill), $450 for couples (including bill), 1 week of deposit, private key provided (parking available inside the building) Everything is prepared: pillows, blankets, kitchenware, daily necessities, and more. With a large wardrobe and balcony, you don't have to worry about your luggage.
Transportation - Tram stop to the city right in front of my house (No. 1), 7-minute walk from Flinders Station nearby Groceries - 5 minutes to Big Wolwals, 1 minute to IGA Others - Penthouse view, individual air conditioner (heater) in each room, electric blanket, washing machine, dryer, oven, gym, swimming pool, reception...
