During the Working Holiday, incidents of lost and stolen belongings occur frequently, so please be cautious. Below are some ways to deal with it.

1. If you lose your traveler check, report it to the nearest police station and receive a certificate of loss. Issue a check with your passport and the traveler's check purchase receipt If you go to a bank branch and fill out the loss report, you can get a traveler's check reissued. However, you must provide the traveler's check identification number, type, date of purchase, bank name, and signature.

However, if you sign both the top and bottom of the check, if you do not sign at all, if you do not know the check number, or if you do not report the loss immediately, it will not be reissued, so you need to be careful.

2. To prepare for losing your ticket, take a photo of the part with your ticket number with your phone and save it. Also, write down the contact information of the travel agency where you purchased it. If you lose it later, you can report it to the airline's local office and provide the ticket number.

3. If your baggage is lost, present the cargo receipt (Claim Tag) to the airline staff and fill out a loss report form. If you cannot retrieve your luggage at the airport, the airline will take responsibility and compensate you.

4. If you lose items while traveling locally, report the loss to the nearest local police station. If you have overseas travel insurance, obtain a theft report from the police station and  then file a claim with the insurance company after returning home.
