
As housing prices in Seoul fluctuate, small apartments (one room) with an exclusive area of around 40㎡ in the three Gangnam districts (Gangnam, Seocho, Songpa) are hitting record highs one after another. The 'national evaluation' standard is already lowering to 59㎡, but nationwide, the average competition rate for first-priority units in private apartment sales is 19.2 to 1, and in the metropolitan area, it is 28.3 to 1.
