You'll stay in Doncaster East, an area next to Box Hill.
It's a quiet and clean house. You can stay here for short or long term.

The rooms are vacant, so high school and university students and office workers board here .
Male or female students who need homestay,
If you're just traveling for a short time, or need a place to stay until you find a share,
Or if you need a place to stay for a while while for work, it might be a good option.
If you have a car, you can park in front of your house or on the lawn in your front yard.

We prepare delicious breakfasts and dinners just like you would at home.
Middle and high school students who need a lunchbox ($8) are welcome to inquire.
Ramen, rice, side dishes, and eggs are always available, so you can enjoy them when you're hungry.
It's prepared so you can come and enjoy your meal without needing to time your meal.

If you have a personal laptop, you can use unlimited wireless internet (NBN Tier 5).
Or you can use a desktop at home.
If you need a personal towel, we will prepare it, and we also provide detergent and fabric softener.
If you need  paid laundry services , please inquire. Just bring the clothes you folded for you.

-Transportation-
* 5-minute walk from Devon Plaza and Tunstall Square
- Banks, Coles, Safeway, Korean Mart, various restaurants open  late into the night, McDonald's (24 hours), and more.
* How to get to the city: Right in front of your house (1 minute walk)  There is  a bus stop available.
- The distance takes about 30 to 35 minutes. (Come every 15 ~ 20 minutes.)
- On weekdays, the last bus runs from 5 a.m. and the last bus at 12:07 p.m. On Friday and Saturday nights, it runs until 4:30 a.m.
- You can also take the train from Box Hill or Blackburn.
* Near Box Hill, Box Hill tape, Language Centre
- You can get there by train from  Blackburn Station or by bus from Westfield.

If one person wants a private room, it's $55 per day ($350 per week for stays over a week).
If two people use it together, it's $40 per person per day. (For stays over a week, it's $260 per week.)
All costs are included here.

We also offer paid  pickup services for schools, workplaces, and airports.
There is no bond fee, and students can stay as a homestay guardian.
Call us and come visit the room! Pickup is also available if you are nearby.
