Perth Uri Church is a faithful Korean church established in the Perth region of Australia, built on God's love and the truth of the gospel. It is affiliated with Uniting Church in Australia, a leading Protestant denomination in Australia, established in 1977 through the merger of Presbyterian, Methodist, and Congregational churches.

Our denomination values unity and inclusion based on the orthodox evangelical and Reformed traditions that place the Bible as the highest authority, respects the autonomy of each ethnic community in a multicultural immigrant society, and firmly supports nurturing the next generation with a biblical worldview.

Under this denominational legacy and vision, Perth Uri Church is seeking associate pastors (full-time ministers) to nurture immigrants and the next generation (1.5 and 2nd generations) with the Word and love in an Australian society that respects diversity.

Position Available: Associate Pastor (1 full-time ministry staff)

Key Vision: Pastoral ministry for the next generation, youth, and young adults in an immigrant society based on evangelical and Reformed traditions

■ 2. Detailed Ministry Scope

Next Generation and Youth Integrated Ministry

Sunday school, middle and high school, youth group worship, sermons, Bible study, discipleship training

Korean/English bilingual shepling and counseling

Worship and praise ministries

Leading Youth/Youth Group Worship Praise (Leading Whole-House Worship Praise if Needed)

Senior Pastor Assistant (Sunday and Wednesday services, special prayer meetings, etc.)

Diocese and administrative assistant

Department Administration and Seasonal Event Planning

Media/PR support, home visits, and pastoral administrative assistance

■ 3. Eligibility and Preferences

Age and language: Under 43 years old (regardless of nationality), able to communicate/minister in Korean and English

Education and denomination: Graduates of a regular four-year university and a graduate school of theology recognized by the Orthodox Evangelical/Reformed denomination (M.Div. or above)

Experience: At least 2 years of full-time or departmental ministry experience in a sound orthodox denomination (Presbyterian, Methodist, Holiness, Full Gospel, Baptist, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Praise leadership, instrumental performance, and live session experience

Experience in multicultural and immigrant church ministry

1. Resume: Attach a photo taken within the last 3 months, specifying your current visa status

2. Self-Introduction: Includes a Confession of Faith, Ministry Strengths, and Vision for the Next Generation

3. One pastor recommendation letter: include the recommender's contact information

4. Degree certificates: Bachelor's and M.Div graduation certificates

5. One sermon video: within the last 6 months (YouTube link submission accepted)

Annual Salary: Basic salary AUD $68,818 + self-development allowance AUD $2,400 (total: AUD $71,218)

Superannuation: 12% (Australian statutory pension)

Leave and benefits: Annual leave, sick leave, long-service leave, insurance support

Vehicle support: Ministry vehicles provided

Visa support: Sponsorship and visa consultation for final candidates in accordance with Australian laws and denominational procedures
