3-bed, 2-bath house, bathroom newly renovated and completely new!

 

My sister, me, and three women will live together.

 

The room has a bed, desk, chair, 2 hangers, storage cabinets, heater, and air conditioner.

Window screens are installed!

 

Tableware provided, electric blankets provided!


If you exit through the back door, it connects to the park, and it's a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you exit through the front door, it's a 7-minute walk to tram and bus.

 

- Burwoood One Shopping Center, featuring 24-hour Coles, 24-hour K Mart, and Dragon hot pot open until 12 PM, is a 7-minute walk away

- 20 minutes on foot to Brickworks Shopping Center, 10 minutes by tram

- 10 minutes by bus to Forest Hill Shopping Center

- Glen (Duglen Shopping Centre), Boxhill (Boxhill Shopping Centre), 15-20 minutes by bus to Blackburn

- Deakin Uni Tram, 15 minutes

- Monash Uni, Claiton Bus, 30 minutes

- City Tram: 1 hour or train 40 minutes

 

There are shopping centers nearby, so it's not hard to find work!

 

There are several charming cafes near my house, and it's a safe and quiet neighborhood!
